REFUND POLICY

 

Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it? 

 

Under EU law, a customer has the right to return any product for a 14 day period after point of sale.

The returned product must be in its original condition which is resalable in order to qualify for a full refund. The item can not be worn if it’s planned to be returned. During the Christmas time you can return item in a one month after point of sale.

 

 

Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and costs for handling charger and return shipping is not covered by Prolong. To submit your returns please email to: prolongscotland@gmail.com and address will be send to you. Please specify the reason of return.
